Full Service
This is a very comprehensive annual service to keep your car safe and efficient on the road.
Carried out in line with manufacturers recommendations and using original or approved parts, your car will run through a thorough safety check with lubricants and filters replaced.
Any work which is identified outside the service will be reported to you in our healthcheck report but will not be undertaken without your authorisation.

Interim Service
This is a 6 month service / check designed for high mileage car users or where manufacturer recommends more frequent checks. This service helps maintain your vehicle and prevents unforeseen faults. Included are an oil and filter change along with a selection of essential checks.

Service Plan
Designed to ease the pain of regular service costs, the Connect AutoCare service plan spreads the cost of designated services over a period of your choice. You can even transfer unused balances to a new car – ultimate flexibility.

MOT
After 3 years all cars in the UK will require an MOT certificate by law. An MOT at Connect AutoCare can be added for just £39 when you a book a car service with us.
Vehicle Health Check
To ensure that your vehicle is safe on the road Connect AutoCare carry out a Vehicle Health Check each time your vehicle is serviced. This provides essential feedback for you in our purpose built report so that you are aware of any safety issues on wearing and structural parts of your vehicle together with an estimation of when they should be addressed by. It may be appropriate for our Support centre to rebook the vehicle to organise the work.

In addition to your Service the Manufacturer also recommends the following Maintenance operations are carried out when due. These can be included in your Service at the discounted rates shown.
Brake Fluid Change
Brake fluid deteriorates through absorbing moisture, reducing braking efficiency and in extreme circumstances brake failure. The manufacturer therefore recommends the replacement of brake fluid at 2 year intervals, this consists of full fluid replacement and brake bleeding.
Engine Flush/Fuel Treatment
Fuel Treatment Only
Roadside Emission testing is now in full force. This allows random testing on any vehicle by a Police Officer to test emissions on a vehicle, if a vehicle is found to have excess prescribed emission levels it may be issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice.
As your servicing dealer we recommend that an engine flush and fuel treatment are carried out the same time as your service. The engine flush works by clearing all the sludge from the engines oil ways, a fuel treatment is then added, cleaning all fuel injection areas from harmful contamination and build up of deposits. Furthermore in most cases it has been found to improve both fuel consumption and performance.
Coolant/Antifreeze Change
When extreme temperatures are near, it is very important to make sure that the cars antifreeze/summer coolant strength is correct. Changing the antifreeze can make a big difference on the engines health and proper functioning, since failures in this area could seriously damage it and be extremely expensive to repair.
Air Conditioning Service and Cleansing
Over a 12 month period air conditioning systems can lose up to 50% of their efficiency. Bacteria and spores may also build up in the ducting system and in extreme cases this bacteria can cause Legionnaires Disease, more routinely it causes ‘musty’ smells in your car. The Air Conditioning Service and Cleansing works by cleaning the system, removing bacteria build-up. This is extremely efficient and leaves a pleasant odour.
Wheel Tracking Check
Abnormal/uneven tyre wear? Tracking can easily be affected by pot holes and mounting the kerb, the end result being uneven tyre wear and the replacement of tyres prematurely (additional expense for you) to help avoid this it is important to have your tracking checked on a regular basis.
